Education and learning School admissions School application formsYou can download a blank copy of the application forms to apply for a school place in the 2009/2010 academic school year. When completed please send to the admissions team (please see Contact Us details).
Direct on-line applications can also be made up until the advertised closing dates. For people moving into Shropshire after the closing dates, please use this facility to download a paper copy of the application form.
We will try to consider applications which are late by virtue of a house move or other exceptional circumstances.
