Do you live in the Rea Valley area? This is your chance to get involved in decisions affecting your community.
'Action: Rea Valley' is a pilot series of meetings held four times a year that gives people in the area a chance to meet with local councillors, get involved in decisions affecting their community and help decide how the committee spends its budget.
It covers the following villages and parishes: Pontesbury; Great Hanwood, and Minsterley.
The committee has a delegated budget of £20,000 - calculated on the population of the area - that can be spent on local issues.
Action: Rea Valley met for the first time in May 2008.
It is one of eleven local joint committees that are now meeting regularly across Shropshire.
