Note of school visit

To record visits to schools, advisers/officers are asked to complete and submit this online form.

Please ensure that you complete all boxes of the form. Once complete press the ‘submit’ button which can be found at the end of the form. Any documents that you wish to be attached to the note of visit should be sent separately to epm@shropshire-cc.gov.uk.

Attached to this page, is a full list of school e-mail addresses to help you when e-mailing copies of your notes of visit to schools.
